Sex Therapy

The conversations that are hard to start are usually the most important ones.

Real work for real relationships.

Sex and intimacy are a big part of how we connect with the people we love, and one of the first things to quietly unravel when something isn't working. Most people carry these concerns for a long time before saying them out loud. Sometimes for years.

This is a space where you can say it out loud.

I'm currently completing the University of Michigan Sex Therapy Certificate Program and work with both individuals and couples navigating the full range of intimacy and sexual health concerns. There's no version of this conversation that's too uncomfortable or too complicated to have here.

A space where nothing is off the table.

When Sex Therapy Can Help

• Desire differences between partners

• Intimacy that's shut down or gone flat

• Sexual concerns you haven't been able to address elsewhere

• Shame or confusion around sex and identity

• Recovery from sexual trauma or difficult past experiences

• Communication about needs, boundaries, and wants

• Reconnecting physically and emotionally after distance

• Questions about gender identity, sexual orientation, or relationship structure

Let's Talk

What to Expect

Sex therapy is talk therapy. There's no physical component, just honest, guided conversation in a private, judgment-free space. We go at your pace, and you're always in control of what we discuss and when.

The first session is about understanding where you are and what you're hoping for. From there, we build from what's actually going on, not a checklist.

Anyone carrying something they haven't been able to say yet. Individuals, couples, people in any kind of relationship structure. If you've felt like you had to water yourself down or explain yourself in a therapy setting before, you don't have to do that here.
