About Lindley
Hi, I'm Lindley, therapist, practice owner, wife, and dog mom.
I work with couples and individuals who are tired of going in circles. Whether that's the same fight on repeat, feeling disconnected from your partner, figuring out who you are outside of a relationship, or navigating the messy overlap of sex, intimacy, and everything that comes with it, that's my wheelhouse.
How I actually work
My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy, or EFT. It's one of the most research-backed methods out there for couples work, and I've put in the reps, over 7,000 hours of supervised EFT couples work, plus formal training through the EFT Externship and Core Skills programs. As you can see I take education seriously, and why our practice together moves the needle. I'm also currently completing the University of Michigan Sex Therapy Certificate Program. Sex therapy is an area I'm deeply passionate about, whether you're dealing with desire differences, intimacy blocks, sexual trauma, or questions you've never felt safe saying out loud, this is a space where all of it is on the table.
My Background
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Grand Canyon University. I'm licensed in Wyoming and see clients in Jackson Hole, Alpine, Etna, and via telehealth for anyone who needs flexibility.
