Sometimes the relationship work starts with you. That's not a bad thing.
Individual therapy is a space to slow down and look honestly at what's going on, your patterns, your relationships, your sense of self. Not to diagnose or label, but to actually understand.
A lot of the people I work with individually are dealing with relationship stuff, past or present. They're figuring out why they keep ending up in the same dynamics, working through something that happened, or trying to get clearer on what they actually want. Some are just going through a season that's harder than usual and need a place to work through it.
Whatever brings you in, this is a space where you don't have to perform okayness.
First session: Just a conversationWe'll talk about what's going on and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. No pressure to have it all figured out, most people don't when they walk in.
Finding your footing: The first few sessions are about building understanding, of your patterns, your history, and what's actually driving the things that feel stuck.
Doing the work: This looks different for everyone. For some people it's processing something specific. For others it's building new ways of thinking and responding. We go where you need to go.
Moving forward: The goal isn't to be in therapy forever. It's to get you to a place where you have what you need to keep going on your own — with clarity, confidence, and better tools than you came in with.

Honestly, all kinds of people. My individual clients tend to be in their 20s to 40s, navigating something they can't quite work through on their own. Some are in relationships, some aren't. Some come knowing exactly what they want to work on. Some just know something needs to change.
If you're not sure whether individual therapy is the right fit, the free consultation is exactly what it's for.
